What We Collect

This website uses consent-gated Google Analytics to understand anonymous page views, referrers, and site engagement. Analytics do not run unless a visitor accepts cookies.

Chapter One and your email address

You can ask us to send you Chapter One by giving us your email address. If you do, we store that address so we can send you the chapter and occasional writing about the book. We use Resend to deliver the email, and the address is held in our own database rather than a marketing platform. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it with third parties, and every email we send includes a way to be removed. To be removed at any other time, email john@daily-rise.com and we will delete the record.

Chapter One is also readable without giving us anything: the file itself stays publicly available at /chapter-one.pdf, and downloading it directly is not tracked to you personally.

This site links to Amazon for book purchases and Daily Rise for the companion practice. Those services maintain their own privacy policies.
